L’heure de l’apero…

Apero Time. That wonderful time in France, when work is over for the day and you can sit down with a glass of wine and some nibbles and give a contended sigh of “Aaahhhhh.”

And one of the most important questions to be answered is…

“What tasty treat shall we have tonight?” 

Well, in my humble opinion, you really can’t beat these bouchons de saumon fume. Especially if, like me, you are lucky enough to have parents who have their own smokehouse in France and always have an abundance of homemade smoked salmon in the fridge!

As for me… I’m still searching for some smoked salmon in the U.A.E. that matches the taste and quality of Fumage Artisanal De Bourgogne.
